With over eight years of dedicated experience as a Community Services and Disability Support Worker, Pauline is passionate about enhancing the lives of the clients she supports.

Her diverse interests include organising engaging activities such as Country Music events, Ten Pin Bowling outings, and recreational adventures. Pauline prides herself on providing a personalised one-on-one support style, whether it's accompanying participants to AFL games, cinema outings, or short-term accommodation holidays.

Pauline also facilitates essential tasks, including medical appointments, medication collection, and cooking sessions. Pauline’s hobbies, including crafting, reading, and enjoying good movies, making it easy to connect with participants on a personal level, making sessions enjoyable and fulfilling. Whether it’s sharing a cup of tea with friends or indulging in a fun board game, Pauline strives to create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of those around her.
